Actually, two questions:
I have some royalty-free line art borders that I would like to use with my photos. They’re small (1.5″ x 2.5″) and, when I scan them at 600dpi and enlarge them to 6″ x 9″ in PSE8 they have the “jaggies.” How can I smooth those edges?

Second, how do I make the centers transparent and place them over my pix?

Do you have the link to the tape measure photo?

Just recently I’ve seen several “wrapping” techniques shared using a mask. Your’s is the simplest, and quickest I’ve seen.
